If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Website and any associated services immediately.

1. About Her iLink Inc.

Her iLink Inc. is a registered nonprofit organisation dedicated to empowering women through education, mentorship, and advocacy. The Website provides information, resources, and engagement opportunities aligned with our charitable mission.

b. Event Participation and Assumption of Risk

d. Limitation of Liability

Her iLink Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Website use or event participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Event Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellation Policy

Her iLink Inc. may cancel, reschedule, or modify events due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., venue issues, public health concerns, weather, low registration).

b. Indemnity and Release

By registering or purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify Her iLink Inc. from any claims related to event changes, except as outlined below.

c. Limitation of Liability

In case of cancellation, our liability is strictly limited to refunding the ticket or registration fee. No compensation will be provided for travel, accommodation, or other costs.

d. Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule cancelled events but do not guarantee a replacement. Refunds will follow our Refund Policy.

8. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility

Refunds are available only if:

• The event is cancelled by Her iLink Inc.

• Explicit cancellation option is available for the event.

• You withdraw with written notice at least 14 days before the event. 

b. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind or scheduling conflicts

• No-shows or late arrivals

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event

c. Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via bank transfer. 

• Her iLink Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

d. Partial Refunds or Credits

• At our sole discretion, partial refunds or future event credits may be offered. 

• This does not waive the general refund policy.

e. Event Modifications

• If an event is rescheduled or relocated, tickets remain valid.

• Refunds are available only if you notify us within 5 days of the change and cannot attend.

9. Invoice Payment Terms

These terms govern all invoice payments made to Her iLink Inc. for services, programs, events, or other offerings. By submitting payment, you (“you,” “your,” “payer”) agree to the following:

a. Payment Due Dates

• All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue unless otherwise stated. 

• Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month, unless waived at our discretion.

b. Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept payment via bank transfer, PayID, and other approved methods listed on the invoice. 

• All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

c. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are governed by our Refund policy (section 8).

• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@herilink.org.au within the timeframe specified in the policy.

• Refunds may be subject to administrative fees and are not guaranteed for change-of-mind or non-attendance.

d. Disputed Charges

• If you believe an invoice is incorrect, notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.

• We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Disputed amounts may be placed on hold, but undisputed portions remain payable.

e. GST and Taxation

• Her iLink Inc. is a registered nonprofit. GST may apply where required by law and will be clearly itemized.

• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your payment, including claiming deductions where applicable.

f. Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Her iLink Inc. from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your payment, except where caused by our proven negligence or misconduct.

g. Privacy and Data Security

• Payment information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not store full credit card details and use encrypted third-party processors for transactions.

10. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Changes to Terms

Her iLink Inc. may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
